The penthouse occupies the entire top floor. The living and dining areas face south; from the dining table and the balcony you look out over the rooftops of Seefeld.
A round, plastered stove stands in the living area. Sloping ceilings and dormers shape the rooms, and two separate bedrooms give everyone a place to retreat. The bathroom has a corner bath, a glass shower and a WC, plus there is a second, separate WC.
