Location & getting here
Villa St. Oswald stands in the middle of Seefeld, with the village centre and the station each just two minutes’ walk away. Despite the very central location, a comfortable calm prevails behind the thick walls.

The village centre, with its pedestrian zone and restaurants, is two minutes’ walk from the house – and so is the station. Shops and supermarkets are a few minutes’ walk away in the village centre. A bakery with a small café is directly opposite the villa. The stop for the free ski and local buses is right next to the house.
By train
Seefeld lies on the Mittenwald Railway (Karwendel Railway) between Innsbruck and Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Munich. From the station it is a two-minute walk to the house – you will hardly need a car while you are here.
By car
From the Inn Valley, drive up via Zirl and the Zirler Berg; from Bavaria, come via Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Mittenwald. At the house, your own numbered parking space awaits – its number is that of your apartment – along with an EV charging point (€ 0.40/kWh, as of 2026).
Local bus at the door
The free ski and local buses stop right outside the villa.
